Role Description The Business Partner role at Coverbee is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and recommending appropriate insurance and financial products. Daily tasks include meeting prospective and existing clients, explaining policy features and benefits, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing, and following up on renewals and claims support.

The Business

Partner will also monitor market trends, contribute to business growth strategies, and maintain accurate records and reports in line with IRDAI and company guidelines.



Collaboration with colleagues, active participation in sales and training activities, and adherence to compliance and ethical standards are key components of t his role.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial and insurance concepts clearly.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in insurance broking, financial services, or related customer-facing roles.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage a portfolio of clients, and meet business development and service quality targets.
- Basic understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the insurance and financial services sector, with willingness to learn IRDAI guidelines.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to assess client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in common office productivity tools and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
- Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance or financial services are an advantage.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering inclusive, non-discriminatory service to all clients.
