The Business Head will be responsible for the end-to-end development and growth of the company’s pharmaceutical and nutraceutical vertical.
Key responsibilities include
- Developing business strategy and taking ownership of sales, revenue and profitability
- Managing and expanding the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical product portfolio
- Identifying and launching new products based on market opportunities
- Building and leading the sales, marketing and distribution teams
- Developing relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors and institutional partners
- Coordinating with third-party manufacturers for production, quality, inventory and timely supply
- Planning product promotions, doctor engagement activities and marketing campaigns
- Ensuring compliance with applicable pharmaceutical, CDSCO and FSSAI regulations
- Monitoring sales targets, collections, inventory, expenses and product-wise performance
- Exploring recent markets, partnerships, digital sales and export opportunities
