Role & responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of the company's sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and annual sales strategies.
- Build, manage, train and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Recruit and develop BDEs, BDMs and other sales professionals.
- Establish clear KPIs, sales targets and performance tracking mechanisms.
- Monitor daily sales activity, lead conversion, client acquisition and revenue performance.
- Develop effective sales processes, scripts, funnels and follow-up systems.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Manage high-value prospects and assist the team in closing important clients.
- Analyse sales data and identify bottlenecks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and performance meetings.
- Develop incentive structures and performance-driven sales culture.
- Ensure disciplined CRM usage and accurate sales reporting.
- Identify new markets, client segments and business opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.




- Take ownership of overall sales team productivity and revenue growth.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6 to 12 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- At least 2-3 years of experience managing a sales team in a managerial/leadership capacity.
- Strong preference for candidates from Forex, Commodities, Stock Broking, Capital Markets, Financial Services, FinTech, Investment Products or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales/revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead conversion and performance management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM and sales performance dashboards will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience handling international/GCC/European clients will be preferred.
