Role Description The Business Development Officer is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting IoT and automation solutions to prospective and existing customers.

The Business Development

Officer will conduct market research, prepare proposals, collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, and support negotiations to close deals. Daily responsibilities also include tracking sales performance, providing timely customer support,



and representing the company at meetings, events, and presentations as required.

Qualifications

- Strong New Business Development skills, including lead generation, opportunity assessment, and relationship building.
- Analytical Skills and basic Finance knowledge to evaluate markets, pricing, and business performance.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, for client interactions, presentations, and internal collaboration.
- Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Understanding of IoT, automation technologies, or tech-driven solutions is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or sales management software is an advantage.
