We’re looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can identify potential brands, build meaningful client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and contribute to the growth of our media and influencer marketing business.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and generate new business opportunities across relevant industries and brands.
- Research brands, businesses, and potential clients for collaboration opportunities.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Understand client marketing requirements and recommend suitable media, influencer, and digital marketing solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings and business discussions.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, presentations, and campaign-related information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and potential clients.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in converting qualified leads into business opportunities.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and business development activities.
- Keep track of industry trends, brands, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Work toward achieving individual and team business development targets.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, Media, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional approach to client communication.
- Good understanding of sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and present relevant solutions.
- Good follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Comfortable communicating with brands, businesses, and decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Good to Have
- Experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing, advertising, media, or creative agencies.




- Existing knowledge of brand collaborations and influencer campaigns.
- Experience working with brands, agencies, or marketing teams.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation, cold outreach, and email marketing.
- Experience using CRM tools or sales tracking platforms.
- Understanding of social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.
- Strong professional network or experience handling business accounts.
