Job Description:

Position: HR Manager

Location: Sarigam Nearby Vapi

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Handle the factory software to accurately maintain attendance and payroll records.
Identify training needs, develop training programs, and monitor their effectiveness to enhance employee skills and competencies
Ensure compliance with all labor laws, statutory requirements, and legal regulations applicable to the factory environment, including contractor systems.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands,



grievances or other issues and nurturing a positive working workplace
Experience in handling third party audits-ISO,SEDEX etc ensuring compliance and adherence to standards.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and rapid-paced workplace
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Required Qualification: - MBA - HR

Salary:- Up to 8.50 LPA
