Job Title: GeM Portal Executive

We are looking for a GeM Portal Executive with hands-on experience in Government e-Marketplace (GeM) operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing GeM registrations, product listings, bid participation, order processing, and ensuring compliance with GeM guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage company registration and profile updates on the GeM Portal.
Upload and maintain product/service catalogues.
Participate in GeM bids, reverse auctions, and tender processes.
Handle order processing, documentation, and payment follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with GeM policies and government procurement norms.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely bid submissions and order execution.

Requirements:
25 years of hands-on experience with the GeM Portal.
Robust knowledge of GeM registration, bidding, catalog management, and procurement procedures.
Positive communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
