Hiring for Passive Project Manager - Aurangabad.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage passive infrastructure projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget.
Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies for fiber optic installations.
Conduct site surveys to identify existing infrastructure and develop detailed designs for recent installations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of structured cabling solutions.
Prepare weekly progress reports and manage change requests throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Technical Skills
Solid knowledge of CCTV systems and structured cabling infrastructure.
Experience in installation and termination of CAT6, CAT6A, Fiber Optic, Coaxial, and power cabling.




Valuable understanding of LAN infrastructure, network racks, patch panels, and cable management systems.
Knowledge of structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA) and industry best practices.
Experience with cable tray, conduit, trunking, and GI pipe installation.
Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, HLDs, LLDs, BOQs, and project layouts.
Familiarity with cable testing tools such as Fluke Cable Analyzer, OTDR, Fiber Power Meter, and cable certification equipment.
Knowledge of EHS requirements and site safety regulations.
