Role & responsibilities
Ensure documented information is controlled.
Promote awareness of quality policies and objectives across the organization.
Ensure top management commitment to the QMS.
Report QMS performance to leadership during Management Review Meetings.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulations (FDA, CE, GMP, etc.).
Lead certification and surveillance audits (internal, external, and customer audits).
Establish quality policies, procedures, and guidelines.
