Mandatory Experience Requirements
10+ Years of relevant Work Experience in Real Estate
Excellent interpersonal communication, relationship development, and establishing rapport.
Should have handled team size of 10+ above
Should have implemented sustainable and agile policies and processes for society wellbeing
Should have prior experience in unskilled Manpower Management
Should have a rich experience in Facility Utility Management
Must have managed wide spectrum of facility management activities including housekeeping, security, fleet, infrastructure, contracts, lease agreements, pest control, garden and stationary , etc
Should have positive relationship with service vendors for diverse services

Minimum Educational Requirements

MBA - Facility Management

BE in any stream + MBA

Hotel Management + MBA

Executive MBA
