Executive Internal Audit | Pune

Role & Responsibilities
Conduct regular internal audits across stores and business operations.
Review financial transactions, cash handling, inventory, and operational processes for accuracy and compliance.
Identify process gaps, discrepancies, and potential control risks and highlight them to the concerned stakeholders.
Verify supporting documents, bills, invoices, and other financial records.
Prepare audit reports with explicit observations and recommendations.
Follow up on audit observations and track closure of action items.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
Support in improving internal controls and audit processes.
Maintain proper documentation and records of audit activities.
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other relevant teams during audits.

Preferred Candidate Profile




Graduate in B.Com, M.Com, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
Candidates with experience in the F&B;/Retail industry will be preferred.
Candidates who have worked with a CA firm on audit assignments are also encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of accounting, auditing, and internal control processes.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit assignments.
Willingness to travel to stores/locations as required.
