Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
Develop baseline schedules, work programs, and activity-wise execution plans.
Prepare WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and define project activities, durations, and relationships.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Civil/Structural/MEP teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
Monitor daily and weekly progress against the approved project schedule.
Collect site progress data and prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.
Identify delays, critical activities, and potential schedule risks.
