Role & responsibilities
Design and implement training programs that enhance product knowledge and process understanding among team members
Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees across various departments.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adapt them based on feedback and performance metrics.
Collaborate with product development teams to stay current with product offerings and innovations.
Create engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules to facilitate learning.
Monitor and assess employee performance following training sessions to ensure knowledge retention and application.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees, reinforcing best practices and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training, preferably in jewellery industry.

• Robust knowledge of luxury product attributes and market trends.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
