We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Business Development team in handling customer communication, sales documentation, quotations, order coordination, and follow-ups. The candidate should have an understanding of SPM, automation, industrial machinery, or engineering products.
Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Communication.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of SPM / Automation / Industrial Machinery / Engineering Products.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and orders.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Knowledge of CRM/ERP software will be an advantage.
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments.
