Operate and monitor chemical process equipment (reactors, pumps, compressors, utilities).
Ensure compliance with GACL safety standards and statutory requirements.
Record operational parameters, detect deviations, and take corrective actions.
Support preventive and breakdown maintenance with engineering teams.
Maintain logbooks, shift reports, and production documentation.
Work in rotational shifts and coordinate with team members to achieve production targets.
