2–7 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience in US Staffing.
Solid understanding of W2 hiring — tax terms, pay rates, benefits, and compliance.
Hands-on experience with C2C (Corp-to-Corp) and 1099 contracting models.
Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter Skilled Services (LinkedIn RPS) for sourcing and talent mapping.
Strong technical knowledge to understand IT job descriptions across domains such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, Data Engineering, Salesforce, SAP, and more.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — confident, clear, and skilled.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Must be willing to commit to EST shift timings (approx. 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST).
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA or HR specialization is a plus).
