Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals and organizational growth.
Lead HR operations, organization development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Drive talent acquisition for engineering, manufacturing, projects, sales, service, and leadership positions.
Build and strengthen employer branding, campus hiring, and industry talent pipelines.
Establish and improve HR policies, SOPs, processes, competency frameworks, and governance systems.
Lead Performance Management, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and Career Progression initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, HR documentation, and audit requirements.
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, employee records,



HR audits, and HRMS/ERP implementation.
Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, conflict resolution, internal communication, and recognition programs.
Support plant/manufacturing HR, workforce productivity, discipline, shop-floor capability development, and operational excellence.
Partner with senior leadership to improve organizational
effectiveness, productivity, culture, and change management.
Build a high-performance, values-driven, and execution-oriented organizational culture.
