Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
8+ years experience with an HR ERP system development role (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.) troubleshooting and resolving workplace issues for enterprise software applications.
At least 5 years of experience in Workday HCM with expertise in multiple modules.
Proficient in Workday report writing (custom, advanced, matrix, and composite), dashboards, and hubs.
Strong understanding of Workday functional modules and their associated business processes.
Proven proficiency in configuring and maintaining Workday functional modules.
Solid knowledge of Workday Business Process frameworks, workflows, and security implications.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday configurations and solutions.

Preferred Qualifications




Hands-on experience supporting and configuring at least three Workday modules, such as HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Compensation, Perks, or Talent Management.
Experience serving as a Functional Lead on a large-scale, end-to-end Workday implementation, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and drive successful delivery of Workday initiatives in complex organizational environments. • Willingness to work until 2 pm EST /11:30 pm IST

Preferred Education
Bachelors degree in IT or related field.
