Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor Chiller Plant equipment.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
Maintain Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHUs, FCUs, Pumps, and Ventilation Systems.
Monitor pressure, temperature, and system performance parameters.
Identify and rectify faults in HVAC equipment.
Handle water treatment and chemical dosing for cooling systems.
Ensure equipment uptime and energy-productive operation.
Maintain maintenance logs and daily checklists.
Follow safety procedures and work permits.
