nPurpose of the Position (Job Summary)

nWe are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior Data Scientist / Data Scientist to leverage advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques to solve complex manufacturing and business challenges. The role involves identifying opportunities to create value from data, developing scalable analytical models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

nNote: This is an onsite role based at Jhagadia, Bharuch, with a 6-day working week.

nKey Individual Accountabilities
n1. Data Analytics & Business Insights
nIdentify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions in manufacturing.
nMine, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, including CRM systems, digital analytics platforms, manufacturing systems, and external data sources.
nConduct advanced statistical analysis to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and measure business and operational performance.




nTranslate business problems into analytical use cases and recommend data-driven solutions.
n2. Model Development & Machine Learning
nDesign, develop, test, and implement statistical and machine learning models that support business and manufacturing objectives.
nBuild predictive, descriptive, and analytical models to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
nValidate models using appropriate statistical techniques and ensure robustness before deployment.
nContinuously improve model performance through monitoring, retraining, and optimization.
n3. Experimentation & Performance Optimization
nApply A/B testing frameworks to evaluate model quality and validate business hypotheses.
nAnalyze experimental results and provide recommendations for process improvements.
nMeasure model effectiveness using relevant statistical and business performance metrics.
