nWe are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Service Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM Service. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementation, enhancements, configuration, and production support for CRM Service processes.
nKey Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP CRM Service processes.n
- Work on service requests, service orders, service confirmations, and service contracts.n
- Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.n
- Participate in implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.n
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers.n
- Perform SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities.n
- Integrate SAP CRM with ECC/S4 and other SAP modules.n

nRequired Skills

- n
- 7+ years of SAP CRM Service experience.n
- Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation.n
- Hands-on experience in enhancement and support projects.n
- Solid configuration knowledge in SAP CRM Service.n
- Experience in functional documentation and testing.n
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.n
