Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute B2B software sales strategies.
- Generate high-value corporate business opportunities.
- Build relationships with CXOs, business owners and key decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Drive revenue, pipeline and conversion targets.
- Lead negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Manage strategic/key accounts.
- Mentor and guide BDEs and sales executives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports and pipeline reviews.
- Work closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful client acquisition.

Major Selection Criteria:Corporate software sales experience is the primary criterion. MBA qualification is mandatory. Candidates without meaningful corporate software/IT sales experience should not be shortlisted for the BDM position. Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
