Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager role based in Kozhikode.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and promote IPIX Technologies’ portfolio of software, digital, and technology services. Daily tasks include researching target markets, generating leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role involves close collaboration with the technical and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs and market trends.





The Business Development

Manager will track sales performance, provide regular reports and forecasts, and contribute to strategic planning to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in business development, sales, and account management, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Experience in client relationship building, stakeholder communication, and presenting complex technology solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of software services such as custom development, ERP/CRM, LMS/EdTech, web and mobile applications, and digital marketing solutions.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop strategic plans to increase market share and revenue.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in IT services or technology consulting is highly beneficial, particularly in B2B environments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfort working on-site in Kozhikode and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
