Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client relationships.
- Build and manage a high-performing business development team.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Foster long-term client relationships through continuous engagement and support.
- Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to align business goals and strategies.
- Monitor and report on business performance, setting targets and KPIs for growth.
Skill Requirement
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of market dynamics, client acquisition, and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Experience in managing and leading teams.
- Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to business strategy.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
