We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager for our Gurugram office to help us expand our clientele. He/She will be the face of the company and should have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through marketing and boosting sales and forming solid relationships with clients.

Where appropriate, seeks to build strategic executive relationships externally with clients and partners with internal and external resources to develop best-in-class solutions for the customer. Roles and Responsibilities

- Promote the products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange & attend business meetings with prospective clients

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in Real Estates Marketing will be a plus.
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills

We need someone who has experience with selling Construction equipment.
