Role Description The Business Development Intern role at TwinTallies is a remote internship focused on supporting growth and client acquisition. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and assisting with lead generation through online channels and networking. The intern will help nurture prospects via email, calls, and social media, support the preparation of proposals and presentations, and maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.





The role also involves coordinating with the service delivery team to understand client needs, contributing to outreach campaigns, and sharing feedback to improve business development strategies.

Qualifications

- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Effective Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal skills for outreach and follow-ups.
- Lead Generation experience or aptitude, with interest in prospecting and building sales pipelines.
- Market Research skills to analyze industries, competitors, and potential client segments.
- Customer Service mindset to build trust, handle inquiries professionally, and support client relationships.
- Interest in accounting, finance, or professional services; coursework or prior exposure is a plus.
- Comfort with digital tools (spreadsheets, CRMs, online research platforms); experience with tools like Excel or Google Sheets preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time well, and meet agreed timelines.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
