Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Panchkula. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying customer needs,



promoting company products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through effective communication and follow-ups.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to provide high-quality assistance and resolve queries
- Experience in Lead Generation and ability to convert leads into sales opportunities
- Proven track record in Sales, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
- Minimum 1 year experience in pharma sales.

Salary- Rs 15000-20,000
