- Maintain accurate client and sales data in the CRM
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth client onboarding
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Assist with proposals, quotations, and contracts

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Event Sales or Delegate Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, target-driven approach
- Excellent relationship-building abilities
