Roles and Responsibility
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and strategies tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Represent Glorywebs at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company.
Skill Requirement
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role (3+ years).
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and client management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and achieve goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/MCA/MBA Office Timings: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
