The role involves advising patients about HexaHealth services, understanding their needs, coordinating consultations with the right doctors and hospitals, and directly contributing to revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
● Patient Engagement: Connect with patients at the first point of contact to build trust, understand their concerns, and establish clear communication.
● Medical & Service Assessment: Analyze the patient’s medical condition, preferences, and background to determine how HexaHealth can best support them.
● Treatment & Hospital Guidance: Recommend the most suitable doctors and hospitals, and arrange consultations based on the patient’s specific needs.
● End-to-End Case Management: Coordinate the complete patient journey - from consultation to surgery - ensuring timely updates and continuous support.
● Business & Revenue Impact: Drive conversions by effectively closing patient cases and contributing directly to revenue and organizational growth.
