About the RoleEENOKI INFRA CONSULTANCY is looking for a energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help expand our client network and grow our MEP consultancy business.

We are looking for someone who can build strong professional relationships, identify business opportunities, and take ownership of the sales process—from lead generation to closing.

? Key Responsibilities? Lead Generation

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

? Client & Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, developers, facility managers, and other key decision-makers to promote EENOKI's MEP consultancy services.

? Sales Cycle Management

Manage the complete B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, meetings, presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, proposal coordination, and closing.

? Business Development Strategy

Research market trends, identify potential customer segments, monitor competitor activities, and contribute to strategies for sustainable business growth.

? Pipeline & Reporting

Maintain an organized sales pipeline, track opportunities, and provide regular updates on leads, meetings, proposals, conversions,



and revenue.

✅ Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
- Experience in MEP, construction, engineering, infrastructure, or related industries will be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven ability in lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and closing
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
- Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
