We are hiring a motivated Cold Emailing & Business Development Executive to approach brands, pitch our digital marketing services, and generate qualified business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant brands and potential clients.
- Send 40–60 personalized cold emails daily.
- Send 20 targeted LinkedIn connection requests weekly.
- Pitch services including social media marketing, content creation, creative services, web development, branding, and digital growth solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and help convert qualified leads into meetings and sales.
Performance Expectations
- Freshers:
Target of approximately 6–10 qualified meetings per month.
- Candidates with relevant experience may be expected to generate 12–20+ qualified meetings per month.
- At Least 2-3 Final Deals per month
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, outreach, or business development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in pitching services and speaking with brands.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
Compensation Fixed Salary + ₹500 per Qualified Meeting + 2–5% Commission on Every Successfully Closed Deal
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
