Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Engineer – Flow Meters based in Haveli. The role involves identifying and developing recent business opportunities for flow meter products, managing the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure, and building long-term relationships with industrial clients.

The Business Development

Engineer will conduct market research, prepare technical and commercial proposals, deliver product presentations and demonstrations,



and coordinate with internal engineering and service teams to address customer requirements. Daily tasks include visiting customer sites, following up on inquiries, negotiating contracts, maintaining accurate sales reports, and supporting post-sales technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Development and New Business Development skills, with proven experience in industrial or instrumentation markets.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret technical specifications, customer requirements, and market trends.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams.
- Degree or diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of flow measurement technologies and industrial automation systems will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage multiple accounts, and use CRM or sales reporting tools effectively.
- Comfort with frequent customer visits in and around Haveli and willingness to travel as required.
