About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Associate – Renewals to join our GCC Renewals Team.

In this role, you will connect with existing customers across the GCC market, understand their requirements, handle renewal conversations, address concerns, and drive successful renewals.

? IMPORTANT: THIS IS A WORK FROM OFFICE ROLE — WFH IS NOT AVAILABLE.

? Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

? Work Mode: WORK FROM OFFICE – MANDATORY

Key Responsibilities

Connect with existing GCC customers regarding program renewals.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable renewal options.

Explain Bhanzu’s programs and renewal benefits.

Handle customer queries and objections effectively.

Follow up with customers and drive successful renewals.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.





Maintain accurate customer information in CRM.

Achieve individual and team renewal targets.

Eligibility Criteria

? Graduate in any discipline.

⚠️ Minimum 1 year of relevant EdTech experience is MANDATORY.

Prior experience in EdTech Sales, Renewals, Business Development, or Customer Success is preferred.

Excellent English communication skills.

Strong customer handling, convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

? GCC market experience will be an added advantage.

? Must be comfortable working from the HSR Layout, Bangalore office.
