AKR Steel Detailing Services LLC is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our sales team and support our growing business in the US structural steel detailing market.

The ideal candidate should be confident in making cold calls, communicating with US-based clients, generating leads, building relationships, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound B2B cold calls to potential clients in the US market.
- Identify and contact structural steel contractors, fabricators, erectors, and related companies.
- Generate new leads through multiple sources and maintain an updated prospect database.
- Introduce our structural steel detailing services to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with prospects through calls and emails.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the management/sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover.





Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, cold calling, telecalling, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable speaking with US-based clients.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle rejection and consistently make outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, email, and internet research.
- Experience working with US clients or international markets is an advantage.

Working Hours Monday – Friday

6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST The working hours are aligned with US business hours.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Experienced and strong-performing candidates may be considered for a higher salary based on their skills and previous experience.
