CASA Sales Officer

- Identify and onboard current customers for the bank's Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products through direct field sales.

- Conduct daily local field visits to generate leads and promote banking products.

- Approach prospective customers and explain CASA products based on their requirements.

- Engage with existing customers to generate additional deposits.

- Cross-sell relevant banking products according to customer needs.

- Participate in local marketing events and promotional campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

- Attend periodic training programs to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.

- Achieve assigned customer acquisition and sales targets.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
