About The Team

Big Daddy Casino's Business Development team is the driving force behind guest engagement, VIP servicing, and revenue growth. We're hiring across three levels —

- BD Support, BD Associate, and BD Executive — to strengthen our on-ground and strategic guest relationship functions. Whether you're starting your career in hospitality/casino operations or bringing prior experience in guest servicing and team leadership, there's a role for you.

- BD Support Associate Experience: 0–1 years | Reports To: BD Associate / BD Executive / BD Manager

Entry-level frontline and administrative role supporting guest tracking, data management, and on-ground guest assistance across all casino levels.

Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support — data entry, documentation, coordination
- Maintain and update customer databases and player profiles
- Track guest buy-ins and gaming activity; monitor eligibility for rebates/OTPs
- Coordinate with Gaming Managers for rebate/OTP issuance and report activity to BD Managers
- Staff designated desks across casino levels for guest assistance and data capture
- Act as first point of contact for guest queries on packages, memberships, and promotions

Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor's in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 0–1 year experience in customer service, operations, or hospitality
- Strong interpersonal skills,

- BD Associate Experience: 1–2 years | Reports To: BD Executive / BD Manager

Mid-level role bridging frontline execution and strategic guest relationship management, with added responsibility for target delivery and desk supervision.

Responsibilities

- Conduct daily guest outreach (calls, messages, in-person) and invite guests to promotions/events
- Build and maintain guest relationships to drive repeat visits and loyalty
- Monitor guest tracking, verify promotional eligibility, coordinate rebate/OTP issuance
- Achieve monthly targets for guest invitations, visits, and tracked play volume
- Supervise BD Support staff across casino levels; ensure desks are operational
- Submit daily/weekly performance reports to BD Managers

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- 1–2 years' experience in casino operations, guest relations, or business development

- Familiarity with casino CRM systems and loyalty/tracking platforms
- Strong organizational skills and target-driven mindset
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- BD Executive Experience: 2–4 years | Reports To: BD Manager





Senior frontline leadership role combining high-value VIP guest servicing with team supervision, escalation handling, and strategic input.

Responsibilities

- Independently manage and grow a personal portfolio of high-tier/premium guests
- Deliver personalized VIP servicing, tailored packages, and exclusive experiences
- Supervise, train, and mentor BD Support staff; review performance and coach team
- Achieve and exceed individual revenue, activation, and retention targets
- Monitor guest play/spend for rebate and OTP eligibility; approve or recommend incentives
- Handle escalated guest concerns; liaise with Gaming, Hotel, and F&B; departments
- Submit detailed reports and strategic insights to BD Managers; participate in planning sessions

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- 2–4 years'

experience in casino business development, guest servicing, or player development

- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales and engagement targets
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Proficient in casino CRM systems, tracking platforms, and MS Excel
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
