About Us

Photochem Industries is a growing manufacturer of paints, coatings, aerosols, and industrial chemical products. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team and manage billing, dispatch coordination, and inventory operations.

Job Responsibilities
Generate GST-compliant sales invoices using Tally Prime ERP
Prepare delivery challans, e-Way Bills, and dispatch documentation
Coordinate dispatches with production, warehouse, transporters, and customers
Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials and finished goods
Perform stock reconciliation and inventory audits
Record inward and outward material transactions
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all operational records
Ensure timely and accurate order processing

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Billing, Dispatch, Stores, Inventory, or Operations in a manufacturing company
Tally Prime ERP experience is mandatory
Valuable knowledge of GST invoicing and dispatch documentation




Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Experience in the paints, chemicals, manufacturing, FMCG, or packaging industry will be an added advantage

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday & Saturday to Sunday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekly Off: Friday
