About the Role:

We are looking for a Data Analyst / Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making, reporting, dashboard management, and business process improvement initiatives. The role involves analyzing complex datasets, gathering business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering actionable insights to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and improvement prospects.
Gather, document, and manage business and reporting requirements.
Support dashboard development, maintenance, and reporting accuracy.
Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, developers, and project teams to deliver business solutions.
Assist in user testing, change management,



and implementation activities.
Develop insights and presentations for leadership and business teams.
Support data automation initiatives, including API-based data integrations.

Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in Data Analysis and/or Business Analysis.
Robust proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Splunk, and MS Excel.
Experience in requirements gathering, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
Ability to analyze complex datasets and present actionable insights.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project delivery practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
