Role & responsibilities
Role: Finance & Accounts Manager
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: CFO / Management
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and consolidate accounts of all branches/entities.
Supervise and guide the Accounts team across locations.
Ensure timely statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, etc.
Prepare and review Group-level P&L;, Balance Sheet and MIS reports.
Monitor reconciliations, financial closures, and accounting accuracy.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and external agencies.
Ensure proper accounting controls and compliance with applicable laws.
Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
