Candidates who have completed their CA and gained relevant FDD/Transaction Advisory experience during articleship will be preferred.
About the Role
We are looking for a CA Fresher to join the Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team of a leading global accounting and advisory firm. The role offers an prospect to work on M&A; transactions and gain hands-on exposure to both Buy-side and Sell-side Financial Due Diligence.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Buy-side and Sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements.
Analyze financial statements, business performance, and operational data.
Prepare Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports and supporting financial analyses.
Identify key financial trends, risks, and transaction-related issues.




Support analysis of financial and operational performance for M&A; transactions.
Prepare and review financial models, reports, and transaction deliverables.
Work closely with the FDD team to deliver high-quality client engagements.
Key Skills & Requirements
CA qualification is mandatory.
Articleship experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) is preferred.
Exposure to Buy-side and Sell-side Due Diligence.
Understanding of Quality of Earnings (QoE) Analysis.
Solid Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced, transaction-driven environment.
