Responsibilities
Leading a team of Articled Students in Capital Markets and Transaction Advisory engagements.
Conducting Financial Due Diligence and identifying key risk areas.
Assisting in valuation analysis, financial modelling and deal structuring.
Supporting M&A; transactions, IPO readiness and capital restructuring.
Timely completion of Certification, Circle Ups and field work with quality documentation.
Raising issues identified promptly with Manager(s) and Partner(s).
Guiding junior team members.

Skills Required
Valuable exposure in Ind AS, Due Diligence, review and finalisation of audits.
Valuable exposure in Capital Markets, IPO Process or SEBI Regulations.
Experience in preparation / assisting in preparation of Audit Reports.
Preferred: experience in Statutory Audits of Listed companies.
Must be ready to travel intercity.
Must be able to handle multiple clients.
