Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and results-driven Business Development Manager – US Healthcare Recruitment to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the US healthcare staffing domain. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling healthcare staffing/recruitment services and building long-term client relationships across the US market.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in US healthcare staffing
Acquire direct clients for healthcare recruitment (Hospitals, Clinics, Staffing firms)
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery
Achieve revenue targets and consistently grow the client base
Track market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities




Manage contracts, pricing, and service agreements

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing / Recruitment Sales
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
Strong understanding of US healthcare staffing models (Contract, C2C, W2, Permanent)
Experience working with hospitals, MSP/VMS clients, or staffing agencies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work in night shifts (US time zone)

Preferred Skills
Existing database/network of US healthcare clients
Experience in travel nursing or allied healthcare staffing
Familiarity with tools like Bullhorn, Salesforce, or other CRM/ATS
Robust business acumen and strategic planning skills

Pay: ₹15,004.57 - ₹32,055.58 per month
