Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple high-rise luxury projects simultaneously.
Drive projects end-to-end (concept execution completion).
Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align execution with company growth objectives.
Provide strategic inputs to support the companys expansion phase.




Maintain compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile
Experience:25+ years, with proven ability to manage multiple sites.
Background: Must have worked with developer organizations (not contracting/project management firms).
Projects: High-rise luxury residential developments.
Career Stability: Demonstrated tenure in current/last two projects (45 years per project life cycle).
Current Role: GM/AVP (or equivalent senior leadership role).
Leadership: Robust ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive organizational growth.
