n Role Summary
nWe are seeking a highly skilled IT Automation Engineer to design, build, and operate intelligent automation solutions across IT Operations and enterprise processes. The role focuses on knowledge around agentic automation, AI/ML-driven decisioning and strong experience on end-to-end orchestration using platforms such as ServiceNow, Power Automate, and custom agentic frameworks. The ideal candidate blends solid scripting and integration skills with process thinking, enabling autonomous or semi-autonomous workflows that reduce manual effort, improve reliability, and accelerate resolution.

n Key Responsibilities
n Platform & Tooling

- Develop advanced automations using ServiceNow (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Script Includes, Business Rules).n
- Build workflows and orchestrations using Microsoft Power Automate, Logic Apps, and connectors.n




- Create and extend custom agentic platforms using Python/Node.js-based frameworks.n
- Integrate with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.n

n Scripting & Integrations

- Develop automation scripts using Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Bash.n
- Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations.n
- Handle authentication mechanisms (OAuth, tokens, certificates).n
- Ensure idempotency, error handling, retries and observability in automations.n

n Process Automation & Optimization

- Analyze IT and business processes to identify automation opportunities.n
- Translate manual SOPs and runbooks into digital and agentic runbooks.n
- Drive process standardization before automation.n
- Measure automation effectiveness (MTTR reduction, effort saved, success rate).n
