Mentoria Overseas is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team in Nashik.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Connect with prospective students and understand their study-abroad requirements.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule and conduct Advisory Sessions with prospective students.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Operations teams.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales,



Inside Sales, or related roles.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working with CRM and calling/communication tools.
- Prior experience in the study-abroad/education industry is an advantage.
