Roles and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop data models, reports, and dashboards using Python, Power BI, SQL, and Advanced Excel.

- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis findings.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail Industry and/or F&B; industry.

- Robust understanding of Business Analytics principles and practices.

- Proficiency in Python programming language; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Advanced Excel is required.

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as B.C.A. (Data Science) or B.B.A./B.M.S. (Business Analytics).

- The candidate should have understanding of the retail/F&B; business process, needs, etc.
