Wake Up Whistle is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst | Requirement Gathering | Data Analysis | Dashboarding who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
### Key Responsibilities
Understand and document business requirements.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
Analyze existing business processes and workflows.
Identify gaps and recommend suitable solutions.
Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and reports.
Analyze KPIs and business performance.
Work closely with developers and project teams.
Support testing and validate business requirements.
