Job Title: Business Analyst – Insurance Domain

NO BAs with BPO start and need an MBA/Eng background person

We are looking for a Business Analyst with solid experience in the Insurance domain to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow documentation.




- Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support UAT, requirement traceability, and project documentation.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience in the Insurance domain (Life, Health, or General Insurance).
- Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Education

- MBA / B.Tech – Mandatory .
