About the Role: We are a fast-paced technology product company seeking a proactive Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our business stakeholders and engineering squads. You will translate complex business workflows into actionable product requirements, manage Agile backlogs, and ensure the successful, timely delivery of software features.

Key Responsibilities

- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements via Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
- Break down high-level product initiatives into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups using JIRA.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Advanced Excel to validate business cases, track feature adoption, and report on product metrics.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)



sessions with stakeholders to ensure delivered solutions match initial requirements.
- Design wireframes and process flowcharts using tools like MS Visio, Lucidchart, or Balsamiq to communicate UX flows to developers.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 1 to 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst within an IT, software, or product development environment.
- Hands-on experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs in JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL and Advanced Excel for data extraction and reporting.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Domain experience in Fintech, SaaS, or E-commerce.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or CBAP certification.
